Please note that all of our vendors have different return policies, so read them carefully. We always want to be here for you so it is imperative that when you order a product and you are dissatisfied with it in anyway that you contact us immediately. We will do what we can to help you work with the product or if need be, try and help you return it through the manufacturer.
Shipping & Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We ship to the United States and its territories. Products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders take 24-48 hours to process. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. Ground shipping for orders up to $74.99 is $8.95 USD. Ground shipping is free with orders over $75. 2-Day shipping is a flat fee of $18.00 USD. Shipping based on subtotal after transaction discounts and special promotions.

We make sure that we have information security measures in place to keep your information secure. Where we ask third parties to work on our behalf, before sharing information we always make sure that they have sufficient information security measures in place.

How Long Will HydroPeptide Keep My Information?
HydroPeptide is committed to keeping your personal information only for so long as is necessary or where we have a legitimate interest to continue doing so. Where HydroPeptide no longer requires information to be in a format where you can be identified personally, e.g. where we keep information for analytical and research purposes or transaction information, we will remove any personal details about you.
Where you shop online with HydroPeptide but use our guest checkout path, we will only retain your personal details for a reasonable period of time (maximum up to six months) after you have completed the transaction in order to fulfil any contractual obligations such as refunds and guarantees (unless you also receive hydropeptide.com marketing communications, in which case we will add this order information to your customer record). Please note that if you have a hydropeptide.com account, but choose to use our guest checkout path, we will add the guest checkout purchase to your customer record automatically. If you would prefer for this not to happen, then please use a different email address not already registered with us.
When you contact HydroPeptide through any channel (including by phone, post, email or social media), we will collect information about you in order to respond to your query, request or feedback. Please note, if you contact HydroPeptide by phone your call may be recorded for quality, training and security purposes. Additionally, calls may be monitored (without your consent) to allow us to collect information for security and regulatory purposes.

Although we use advanced security measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and alteration, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the internet, we cannot make absolute guarantees over the security of the information you provide over the internet and as such we cannot be held responsible for it.
We will never contact you by email to ask you to send or confirm any of your personal details, if we need any information of this nature we will only contact you by telephone.
Never send any sensitive information, such as passwords or credit card information, via email.
Where you have chosen to create a password to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Shipping & Returns
All orders will ship within 24 – 48 business hours
Items and sizes not shown on the price sheet may be obtainable and are considered a special order.
Special orders may take 10 – 14 days to process
If an item is back ordered it will be shipped out as soon as possible and billed at that time.
Only authorized returns will be accepted on a replacement or credit basis
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Due to the fact that we use natural ingredients, color and consistency may vary.
Products are in jars by weight, not volume (The density of the product makes the fills vary).
All returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 fee.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please specify if you need to receive 2nd, 3rd or next day air.

Shipping & Returns
Returned products must be carefully repacked and returned in original condition, otherwise credit will be denied.
There is a 25% re-stock fee for products returned in original condition within 10 days.
Products that have been in your possession for more than 10 business days will not be accepted for return.
We will not accept returns for overstocked products.
We make every effort to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping is through UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS(United States Postal Service)
Do I need to Sign for my package?
No, you do not need to be there to sign for your package.
If an order needs to be reshipped due to absence or refusal: there is an additional 10% re-ship fee plus shipping charges.
Damages that are due to carrier neglect should be reported to the carrier as well Eclectic Solutions LLC dba Hale & Hush.
Damages must be reported within 72 hours to receive credit or refund.
Shipping & Returns Carrier
It is Skin Script’s discretion whether to ship UPS or US Priority Mail. If the customer has a specific request for either UPS or US Priority Mail, Skin Script will try to accommodate that request. There are circumstances where this request could be unreasonable; for example, a large shipment via US Priority Mail could be unreasonable to ship and would require Skin Script to ship UPS for cost reasons.
Overnight or Second Day Air packages are NOT guaranteed by Skin Script. Skin Script can offer this service via UPS only (not available with US Priority Mail) but is not responsible if the package does not arrive in a timely manner.
Skin Script makes every attempt to ship within 24 business hours of receiving an order. However, Skin Script reserves the right to ship within 24 – 72 business hours of receiving an order. Once shipped, packages could take up to 10 business days to arrive. If a package has not been received within 10 business days, Skin Script will re-ship the product and request the original order be returned (at Skin Script’s expense) once it is received.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to Skin Script, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for:
1. Re-directing the package through UPS.
2. Pay the additional shipping if the package is returned to Skin Script and needs to be re-shipped
Skin Script’s wide variety of skin care products is suited for each skin type and condition. If a client (distributor or customer) is not satisfied with a product purchased from Skin Script, it is returnable for credit or for another product.
Please keep the following in mind when returning product: Skin Script must be advised of dissatisfaction of a product within 21 days of original purchase. The actual product must be returned to Skin Script’s office within 2 months of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product. Returned products must be at least 60% full. The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product. Skin Script will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.

USPS Priority Mail is available for a flat rate for orders totaling under $100.00
AGERA® does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
AGERA® does not guarantee same day shipping. However, most orders will ship same business day provided items are in stock and payment is verified.
AGERA® does not offer shipping options to addresses outside of the fifty United States at this time. Your “bill to” and “ship to” address must both be within the fifty United States.
FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes, your delivery address must be a physical address.
All orders are charged sales tax if applicable, unless resale certificate is provided.
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, effective April 21, 2000, applies to the online collection of personal information from children under 18. AGERA® does not accept any information or knowingly communicate with children under the age of 18.
REGEN RETAIL ORDER RETURNS - 10 DAY RULE.
GlyMed Plus strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. Our return policies are simple and straightforward:
- First, contact your skin care professional if you have any concerns or questions about how to successfully use your new GlyMed Plus products. GlyMed Plus products are designed to be highly effective and require the trained supervision of a licensed skin care professional.
- After you have contacted your skin care professional, within 10 days of delivery, you can call or email one of our Business Coordinators to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You help facilitate a smooth return process by working with our Business Coordinator team to receive a refund for any shipment or portion of a shipment.Call us at +1 (800) 676-9667 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the 10 days after receiving your order, for a full refund.
- Any opened product will be eligible for a full refund during the full 10 days after receiving your order by calling or emailing one of our Business Coordinators. GlyMed Plus requires all opened products be returned at the customerâ€™s expense prior to the refund being applied.
