Anti-aging repair treatment to increase collagen and elastin production. This creamy gel is helpful in stimulating the skin’s daily repair, which is slowed by aging. It contains a bioactive lipopeptide complex which mimics cytokines produced during wounding, in a nanosomal (ultra-small liposome) delivery vehicle.
Clinical studies in 26- to 83-year old human dermal fibroblast cell cultures showed an increased collagen production of 12% to 38%. In clinical use, this increase in collagen produces a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and improves skin surface uniformity.
This product is designed for use on an intact stratum corneum and should not be used for 3 days after microdermabrasion, peels, or other treatments compromising the skin's barrier.
